Students who are successful at completing the training and certification, will be promoted to Certified Nursing Assistant. Once you pass your certification test, you will then receive a $2.00 increase. This includes a pay increase and eligibility for incentive bonuses. The Bonuses are for CNAs that are full time that are in good standing without written corrective action.
90 days after certification $250.00 (F/T CNA’s become eligible for benefits)
6 months after certification $250.00
1 year after certification $500.00
