7.   I'm moving to another state. How do I transfer my CNA   

     certification?

     If you already are Licensed, Certified, Registered or State
     Approved in your own State and want to move to another
     state, you will need to request reciprocity.  This means that
     you are asking the new state to recognize the approval you
     received from your home state.  Contact the State registry
     in your home state and request a "Application for 
     Enrollment By Reciprocity".  Ask them if you should send
     the completed form to them or to the state to which
     you are moving.

8.   How do I renew my CNA license?

     CNA license renewal, renewing CNA certification, CNA
     registry.  Since every state varies on renewing CNA                    certification, you  will need to contact your State Registry

9.   CNA license lookup, CNA license verification

     For this you will also need to contact your CNA Registry

10. CNA education requirement

     Training must include at least 75 hours of instruction, 16 of        which invlove practicing hands-on clinical tasks under the            direct supervision of a RN or LPN.  Somes states mandate          more hours.  To find out for your state contact your
