The home health aide training NA/HHA Program in Alabama will prepare the student to sit for the National Nurse Aide Certification Exam (NNAAP) that is given by the Pearson VUE. The students who can successfully demonstrate the competency on the state exam are placed on the Alabama CNA Registry. Successful completion of the second semester classes of the program will qualify the student for working as a Home Health Aide in Alabama.
The home health aide in Alabama assist clients with personal care tasks, preparing meals, doing light errands and documenting the care that the client receives.
